4 ripe apricots, halved and pitted

Instructions
- Mix oats, chia, milk, vanilla, and sweetener. Chill overnight.
- Roast apricots with syrup and spices at 375°F for 20–25 min.
- Serve oats topped with warm apricots, yogurt, and seeds.
