- 2–4 naan flatbreads
- 1 cup cooked chicken (grilled, shredded, or rotisserie)
- ¾ cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup cucumber, chopped or sliced
- 1 cup baby spinach or arugula
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: kalamata olives, lemon wedges, fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix cooked chicken with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread tzatziki over naan flatbreads.
- Top with chicken, tomatoes, onions, and feta.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden.
- Add fresh cucumber, greens, and extra tzatziki before serving.
