  • 24 naan flatbreads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (grilled, shredded, or rotisserie)
  • ¾ cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup cucumber, chopped or sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach or arugula
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: kalamata olives, lemon wedges, fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix cooked chicken with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread tzatziki over naan flatbreads.
  4. Top with chicken, tomatoes, onions, and feta.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden.
  6. Add fresh cucumber, greens, and extra tzatziki before serving.
