Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
For the Creamy Tuscan Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained & chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions
1️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp:
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp 2 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for 1 minute.
Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning, stirring until smooth.
3️⃣ Combine & Simmer:
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
Return shrimp to the pan, squeeze in lemon juice, and let everything simmer for 2 minutes.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Garnish with extra Parmesan & red pepper flakes.
