- Mango-Pineapple Layer:
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- ¾ cup pineapple juice
- ¼ cup coconut milk (optional)
- Strawberry Layer:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ ripe banana
- ½ cup apple juice or water
- Ice cubes as needed
Instructions
- Blend mango, juice, and coconut milk until smooth. Pour into glasses and freeze for 10–15 mins.
- Blend strawberries, banana, and juice until smooth.
- Slowly layer strawberry blend over mango layer. Garnish and serve.
