Instructions
- Slice cauliflower into thick steaks.
- Season with oil, salt, pepper, paprika.
- Roast at 425°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Whisk tahini, lemon, water, garlic, herbs into a sauce.
- Drizzle over roasted cauliflower. Garnish & serve.
