For the Dressing

  • 1 garlic clove, grated

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Whipped Feta

  • ¾ cup feta cheese

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 12 tsp lemon juice

  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix salad ingredients and toss with dressing.
  2. Blend feta with yogurt, lemon, and olive oil until smooth.
  3. Plate whipped feta, top with salad.
  4. Serve with pita, crackers, or greens.
