Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)

  • ¾ cup cold water (or milk for a creamier version)

  • ½ to ¾ cup ripe mango chunks or mango pulp

  • 12 teaspoons culinary rose water

  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • Pinch of ground cardamom

  • Ice cubes (for serving)

 Optional Garnishes

  • Crushed dried rose petals

  • Chopped pistachios

  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Blend or Whisk
    In a blender or mixing bowl, combine yogurt, mango, rose water, honey/maple syrup, cardamom, and cold water. Blend until completely smooth and lightly frothy.
  2. Taste & Adjust
    Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or rose intensity to your liking.
  3. Chill (Optional)
    Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes if you’d like it extra cool and more infused.
  4. Serve
    Pour into glasses over ice. Garnish with rose petals, chopped pistachios, or mint.
  5. Enjoy
