Instructions
- Blend or Whisk
In a blender or mixing bowl, combine yogurt, mango, rose water, honey/maple syrup, cardamom, and cold water. Blend until completely smooth and lightly frothy. - Taste & Adjust
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or rose intensity to your liking. - Chill (Optional)
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes if you’d like it extra cool and more infused. - Serve
Pour into glasses over ice. Garnish with rose petals, chopped pistachios, or mint. - Enjoy
