  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Lime zest or slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix crust ingredients, press into dish, bake 8–10 min.
  2. Whisk filling until smooth. Pour into crust.
  3. Bake 15–17 min, then chill 3–4 hrs.
  4. Whip cream, garnish, and serve cold.
