For the Rolls:
- 1 package King’s Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk or cream
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); grease an 8×8 dish.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally (like a sandwich).
- Mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; spread on the bottom half.
- Replace the top layer, cut into rolls, and place in dish.
- Bake covered 12 minutes, uncover and bake 6–8 more.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls.
