2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
½ cup carrots, julienned
½ cup bell peppers, diced
Bibb or romaine lettuce leaves
Optional toppings: green onions, sesame seeds, crushed peanuts
Instructions
- Heat oil in skillet; sauté garlic, ginger, and onion until fragrant.
- Add ground beef; cook until browned and fully crumbled.
- Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Add carrots and peppers; cook briefly to keep crunch.
- Remove from heat. Spoon into lettuce leaves.
- Garnish with toppings and serve immediately.
