Egg Salad – Creamy, Fresh & Ready in Under 20 Minutes

A creamy, classic egg salad that’s quick, fresh, and perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or meal prep. Ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (plus more to taste)

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped chives or green onions

  • 1 tbsp finely chopped celery (optional)

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Paprika, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs, cool in ice bath, peel and chop.
  2. Mix mayo, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold dressing into chopped eggs, add chives and celery.
  4. Chill or serve immediately on bread, wraps, or crackers.
