Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F with cast iron skillet inside.
- Blend eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Rest 10–15 min.
- Melt butter in hot skillet, swirl to coat.
- Pour batter in, bake 18–22 min until puffed and golden.
- Serve immediately with toppings.
