Instructions
- Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl.
- Mix chocolate milk, egg, butter, and vanilla in another.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Cook pancakes on a buttered skillet over medium heat until bubbles form. Flip and cook through.
- Serve warm with toppings like syrup, whipped cream, or berries.
