Scale
For the Wraps:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness or leaner for a lighter option)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
4 flour tortillas (medium-sized)
4 slices American cheese
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
¼ cup dill pickles (sliced)
¼ cup finely diced onions
For the Big Mac Sauce:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp French dressing
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
½ tsp white vinegar
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp paprika
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: Mix all Big Mac sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the best flavor.
- Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, and break it into small crumbles. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess fat.
- Warm the Tortillas: Lightly warm each tortilla in a dry pan or microwave for flexibility.
- Assemble the Wraps: Spread Big Mac sauce on each tortilla, add a slice of cheese, seasoned beef, lettuce, onions, and pickles.
- Wrap It Up: Fold the sides in and roll tightly to keep everything inside.
- Toast (Optional): Lightly grill the wraps in a pan for 1-2 minutes per side for extra flavor and crispness.
- Serve & Enjoy: Cut in half and serve immediately with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping!
